Intel officially reveals its KA series of Collectors Edition Avengers processors

Intel has officially revealed its KA series of Collectors Edition Marvel’s Avengers-themed processors, which ships with packaging that was designed by Tristan Eaton, the world-class public artist.

What’s different about these collectors edition processors? Nothing. Outside of the packaging, there is nothing that separates these Avengers series processors from their standard 10th Generation peers.

Last year, Intel confirmed that they were Square Enix’s official PC hardware partner for Marvel’s Avengers, and the company wants to take advantage of that position by releasing limited edition “KA” Avengers series processors. These processors convey a simple message, that Intel processors are designed to run Marvel’s Avengers at its best. Whether or not this is true is a different matter.

Earlier this month leaked retail listings from @momomo_us confirmed that Intel plans to release at least four “KA” series processors, Avengers class K series CPUs for their i5, i7 and i9 lineups. These processors will be the i5-10600KA, the i7-10700KA, the i9-10850KA and the i9-10900KA. As mentioned previously, these processors are identical to their non-Avengers counterparts.

At this time, it is unknown how much these new Avengers series processors will cost at retail. We will likely see retail listings from these processors in the coming days. At this time it is unknown whether or not these processors will ship with a copy of Marvel’s Avengers.
