AMD has released their first collection of official RX Vega images, revealing a cooler design that is similar to their existing RX Vega Founders Edition.

This GPU has officially been named the RX Vega 64, with the 6 signifying the number of core clusters that are available on AMD’s RX Vega GPU.

We can see that this GPU is powered by dual 8-pin PCIe power connections and comes with a blower-style cooling solution, with the GPU itself coming with a red and silver colour scheme. On the display output front, this GPU will offer a single HDMI port and three DisplayPort 1.4 connections.

AMD has also revealed their RX Vega 64 Liquid cooled edition which, as the name suggests, will come with an all-in-one liquid cooling solution. This version is expected to offer increased cooling performance and potentially offer increased boost clock speeds and overclocking headroom.

In effect, these two GPUs will come with the same cooling solutions as their Radeon Vega Founders Edition counterparts, though it is unknown whether or not these GPUs have been changes on a PCB or firmware level when compared to the Frontier Edition. At this time AMD has not confirmed the RX Vega’s pricing.
