AMD’s RX 590 will ship with a Killer 3-Game Bundle
With an MSRP of $279, the RX 590 is designed to challenge Nvidia in the mid-range graphics market, taking on the GTX 1060 with a performance advantage of roughly 12% over their existing RX 580 offerings while also offering support for AMD FreeSync/VESA Adaptive Sync.
While on its own these factors alone can make for a compelling purchase, AMD has decided to sweeten the deal further with a new gaming bundle, one which promises to deliver AMD users copies of 3 highly anticipated PC releases, all of which are expected to support DirectX 12.Â
For starters, we have Ubisoft’s The Division 2, which comes through AMD’s extended partnership with Ubisoft, which has already seen AMD technologies integrated into both Far Cry 5 and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, with AMD’s work with Capcom extending DirectX 12 support for the RE Engine with Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 (remake). This game bundle is easily worth in excess of £100, adding a tonne of gaming value to RX 590 purchases.Â
AMD has stated that this bundle’s coupon codes must be redeemed before April 6th 2019, with the bundle period ending on February 9th 2018, or when AMD’s supply of game codes is exhausted. RX 590 purchases must be from participating retailers, OEM or system builders. We have received confirmation that this 3-game bundle will also be applied to RX Vega 56 and 64 graphics cards.Â
