ASUS’ 34-inch Designo Curve MX34VQ is now available to pre-order in the UK

ASUS’ 34-inch Designo Curve MX34VQ is now available to pre-order in the UK, with a resolution of 3440×1440 and a FreeSync range of 48-100Hz for £749.99.

The MX34VQ will release in the UK on March 20th and will feature support for Qi wireless charging using a unit that is integrated into this display’s stand. Sadly this display will not support VESA 100×100 mounts for aftermarket stands or monitor arm support.

This display will sport a screen size of 34-inches, VESA adaptive-sync (FreeSync) support between refresh rates of 48Hz and 100Hz and an 1800R radius curvature. This display will use a VA-type panel and supports 95% of the sRGB colour spectrum, with support for booth HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 connections.

As a professional-grade display, the Designo series offers a cleaner more industrial aesthetic than their ASUS ROG Swift series equivalents, with a dark grey aesthetic and a built-in Qi wireless charger which is built into the base. This display won the “CES 2017 innovation award” and will offer support for a selection of visual enhancement modes and gaming oriented features.
