ASUS plans to ship GPU supports with next generation motherboards

ASUS has revealed their new ROG themed GPU supports, which the company plans to bundle with their next generation Republic of Gamers motherboard designs.

These new GPU supports will help users create a sturdy system and prevent GPU sag by giving their GPU additional support from underneath. As you can see this new support can be moved up and down the user’s PCIe mounts to support GPUs with varying cooler thicknesses, though users will need to be careful as the bracket could interfere with the fans on certain GPU designs.

Looking at the image above we expect this new bracket to ship first with Intel’s new X299 Strix and ROG motherboards, which should be officially revealed later this week.
