ASUS reveals their new 28-inch 4K VP28UQG FreeSync Display
ASUS has announced their latest 4K display, offering support for AMD FreeSync, a 28-inch TN-film panel and a fast grey-to-grey response time of 1ms.
This display will offer support for 10-bit colour and a maximum screen brightness of 300 cd/m². This display will utilise two HDMI 2.0 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.2a.
The VP28UQG comes with a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz and a FreeSync Range of 40-60Hz. This monitor offers no integrated speaker options but includes a 3.5mm jack to pass through audio from HDMI and DisplayPort inputs.
ASUS has not revealed the pricing of this new display, though it given its specifications and basic stand design it is expected to be a budget 4K offering.
