BFG Unveils Two High-end GeForce Cards

The BFG GeForce GTX 295 H2OCBFG has joined the fray of graphics cards with the official launch of its two NVIDIA based GPUs. These include the water cooled single-PCB GeForce GTX 295 H2OC and a reference cooled GeForce GTX 285 OCFU.

The GTX 295 card features a 675MHz core with 1485MHz shaders and carries a custom designed, single slot copper water block from Danger Den. For memory it has 1792MB of GDDR3 clocked at 2214MHz. The specialised water block allows the card to deliver excellent performance while keeping temperatures down by as much as 40°C.

The other card – the GTX 285 OCFU on the other hand offers a 1GB GDDR3 memory that is clocked at a whopping 2664MHz. The reference cooled card has 240 stream processors with a 512-bit memory interface. Its core is clocked at 712MHz while the shaders run at 1620MHz, to provide ‘outrageous performance’. The Graphics Plus feature added to the GPU paves the path for class-leading NVIDIA PhysX gaming effects in addition to accelerating image processing and providing stereoscopic 3D and lightning fast video.

While both cards are yet to hit retail, you can pre-order them at Overclockers.co.uk by paying a not-so-affordable £576.99 for the BFG GTX 295 H2OC or £271.99 for the BFG GTX 285 OCFU. Both cards are backed by BFG’s lifetime warranty, making them highly attractive options for gaming enthusiasts.
