Dark Souls 3 Will release on April 12th

 

Dark Souls 3 Will release on April 12th and like the series’ second release will launch on PC at the same time as the PS4 and Xbox One versions. 

 

  

Dark Souls 3 seems to take inspiration from the recent PS4-exclusive Bloodborne, from Software’s latest game. The land in which Dark Souls 3 takes place is in ruin, as always, and the gameplay seems more agile and fast paced than in previous Souls games.

Fans of the series need not fear, the game looks very much like Dark Souls, with backstabs, a load of dodging and the all-important shield.

The game looks like it has also received a nice upgrade in graphical fidelity when compared to previous Dark Souls games, which is something that the series sorely needed since it is now on current generation consoles exclusively. 

Dark Souls has always been a hard and punishing game, going by the “if at first you don’t succeed, DIE, DIE and DIE again” motto, so this game is certainly not for the faint of heart.
