MSI to launch MEG X QD-OLED “AI Gaming” monitor at CES 2026
MSI teases its MEG X flagship gaming monitor ahead of CES 2026
CES 2026 is about to start, and MSI has started to tease its next flagship gaming monitor, the MEG X. This new monitor features a “next-gen QD-OLED” screen and will launch as the “world’s first AI gaming monitor.” So expect some interesting new features.
While MSI claims that this is the “first AI gaming monitor”, the company has been marketing AI monitors for years. At Computex 2024, the company showcased its MEG 321URX QD-OLED, which it called the first “true AI” gaming monitor. To say the least, MSI’s AI marketing isn’t new.
The MEG X is an ultrawide QD-OLED monitor. It is currently unknown if MSI is using Samsung’s new ultra-wide V-Stripe QD-OLED screens on its new MEG X monitor. We expect to hear more about this monitor over the coming days.
This isn’t just a monitor upgrade but a generational leap. The flagship MEG X, our next-gen QD-OLED and the world’s first AI gaming monitor, is packed with innovation. Full reveal at #MSIxCES2026. #GamingMonitor #QDOLED #Staytuned pic.twitter.com/iStS8dG8gA

If this monitor uses a Samsung V-Stripe QD-OLED panel, it should feature a maximum refresh rate of 360Hz. The monitor will likely boast a resolution of 3440×1440, though this is unconfirmed.
