MSI’s Uber-tier GeForce RTX 5090 Lightning Z graphics card is now available, and its pricing makes a regular RTX 5090 look cheap. At Scan Computers UK and Overclockers UK, this GPU is priced at £4,999.99. Is this the most expensive consumer-grade graphics card?
With its dual 12V-2×6 power connectors and 800W and 1000W BIOS modes, this graphics card takes Nvidia’s RTX 5090 silicon to the extreme. Add on MSI’s custom cooling solution, and its new cooling technologies, and we have a graphics card that’s truly special.
Only 1,300 of these graphics cards will be produced. This is a limited-edition product, and each GPU has a unique number. We expect this GPU to sell out quickly, as only a small portion of its limited stock will be available in the UK. When we checked the below GPU listing at Scan, the site claimed that 1o+ people already had the GPU in their basket.

If you want the fastest RTX 5090 graphics card available, this is probably it. When MSI unveiled this GPU, it already set 17 world records. This is the first retail GPU to ship with a maximum TDP of 1000W. If you’re buying this GPU, make sure you pair it with an equally insane power supply.
