Nvidia confirms UK pricing for their GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs

Here’s how much Nvidia’s RTX 50 series GPUs will cost in the UK

Nvidia has officially confirmed their UK MSRPs for their upcoming GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards. Nvidia’s RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 will be available on January 30th, and Nvidia’s RTX 5070 series GPUs will launch later this quarter.

Below are the UK MSRPs of Nvidia’s newest GeForce RTX GPUs:

  • RTX 5090 32GB – £1,939
  • RTX 5080 16GB – £979
  • RTX 5070 Ti 16GB – £729
  • RTX 5070 12GB – £539

Nvidia claims that these new graphics cards are up to 2x faster than their RTX 40 series counterparts. However, this is only true when Nvidia’s new DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation technology is used effectively. This new version of DLSS allows three AI-generated frames to be created for every traditionally rendered frame. As such, Nvidia’s RTX 50 series GPUs deliver much smaller generational performance leaps when DLSS 4’s impact is excluded.

Note that these prices for Nvidia’s RTX 50 series GPUs are their MSRP prices. Premium GPU models will cost more than this. Consider these prices as “minimum prices” for Nvidia’s RTX 50 series, as it is rare to see an Nvidia graphics card sell for less than its official MSRP near launch.
