Nvidia N1X CPU leak unveils RTX 5070-sized integrated GPU
Nvidia’s planned N1X GPU takes integrated graphics to the next level with its RTX 5070-sized GPU
A new Geekbench result for Nvidia’s N1X CPU has leaked, unveiling the size of the processor’s GPU. To put it simply, this CPU has a HUGE graphics component. The GPU features 48 SMs, and the processor tested had access to 128GB of combined CPU/GPU memory. This huge GPU gives Nvidia’s N1X an RTX 5070-like graphics chip, which should deliver high levels of gaming performance.
CPU-wise, Nvidia’s N1X chip has 20 total cores. Prior leaks have revealed that the CPU features 10 Cortex-X925 cores and 10 Cortex-A725 cores.
Nvidia’s large integrated GPU indicates that Nvidia is targeting both gamers and workstation users with its N1X chip. With 48 SMs, this GPU has 6144 shading units. That’s the same number of shading units as Nvidia’s desktop RTX 5070. However, power limits will likely prevent this GPU from achieving those performance levels.

Nvidia’s new NX1 chip could make Windows gaming on ARM a reality. Until now, ARM-based Windows PCs have not delivered intense gaming experiences. Through Nvidia’s GPU component, this could change. This will give PC gamers more options, though it remains to be seen how good Nvidia’s ARM-based gaming chips are at gaming. Will the CPU-side let down Nvidia’s HUGE integrated GPU?
