Nvidia RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti specs confirmed in shipping manifest
Nvidia’s RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti have been listed as having GDDR7 memory and a 128-bit memory bus
Previously leaked RTX 5060 series GPU specifications now appear to be confirmed thanks to a cargo listing at the NBD (via Videocardz). This listing contains Nvidia’s PG152 board, the board on which Nvidia’s GB206-based RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti designs are reportedly based. Below, we can see that this board has been listed as having a 128-bit memory bus and GDDR7 memory.
With the move to GDDR7 memory, Nvidia’s upcoming RTX 5060-series GPUs should feature much more memory bandwidth than their predecessors. With 28 Gbps GDDR7 memory modules, Nvidia’s RTX 5060 would feature 55% more memory bandwidth than its predecessor. That’s great news for gamers, as this bandwidth increase should eliminate memory performance as a potential performance bottleneck, at least for normal gaming workloads.

Prior leaks claim that Nvidia’s RTX 5060 will be available as an 8GB graphics card. For its higher-end Ti counterpart, Nvidia is reportedly working on both 8GB and 16GB versions. Despite the existence of 3GB GDDR7 memory modules, Nvidia appears to have no plan to create 12GB RTX 5060 or RTX 5060 Ti GPU models.
