Nvidia RTX 5090 iChill X3 Pictured – 32GB confirmed
Nvidia’s RTX 5090 has been pictured for the first time
Videocardz has managed to uncover images of an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 GPU. Specifically, they have found pictures of Inno3D’s RTX 5090 iChill X3 graphics card.
This graphics card features a huge 3.5-slot heatsink design and a triple-fan cooling solution. Note that this box confirms that Nvidia’s RTX 5090 is a 32GB GPU. Furthermore, Inno3D boasts that its GPU is “Low Noise,” which is great news for those who may be concerned about its noise levels.
Recent reports suggest that Nvidia’s RTX 5090 will have a TDP of 575W. However, it is possible that this “OC” model from Inno3D may have a higher TDP. The power connector used with this GPU is not shown, though it is likely to use a 12V-2×6 power connector.

Previous leaks suggest that this GPU has 21,760 CUDA cores, which is a big increase over Nvidia’s RTX 4090. The RTX 4090 only has 16,384 CUDA cores and 24GB of GDDR6 memory, making it a much smaller GPU.
With 32GB of GDDR6 memory, Nvidia’s RTX 5090 likely uses a 512-bit memory bus. This gives the RTX 5090 faster memory than the RTX 4090 and a wider memory bus. This increases the bandwidth of Nvidia’s new flagship tremendously. With 28 Gbps GDDR7 memory on a 512-bit memory bus, the RTX 5090 will have almost 77% more memory bandwidth than its predecessor. As such, we expect a huge generational performance leap from Nvidia’s RTX 5090.
