Nvidia’s new Geforce 388.31 driver improves Destiny 2’s performance by up to 53%

Nvidia has officially released their new Geforce 388.31 GPU drivers, which come Game Ready for Star Wars: Battlefront II and Injustice II and offers some huge performance gains in Bungie’s Destiny 2.

This driver is expected to be downloadable within the next few hours, so we do not have official release notes for this driver at this time, though Nvidia dies state that this driver can offer users up to a 53% performance gain in Destiny 2, with the company seeing an average performance improvement of 36.4% when testing this GPU on the six different GPU setups (at 1440p) that range from dual GTX 1080 GPUs in SLI to a single GTX 1060 (3GB)

Nvidia’s Geforce 388.31 driver will be available to download on both Nvidia’s Geforce Experience and as a direct download later today.
