Philips Release new X-Line 27 inch curved FreeSync Monitor

Philips has released their new X-Line 27 inch curved FreeSync Monitor, which offers a resolution of 1080p and uses an MVA panel with 4ms response times.

The Philips X-Line 27″ 279X6QJSW is designed primarily for office use, offering a plain professional looking aesthetic while using a high quality MVA panel and a curved design to increase user focus and give a very satisfying user experience.

What this monitor offers is a great deal of versatility, offering AMD FreeSync support for gaming purposes and offering a wide range of connectivity options that even includes MHL (Mobile High Definition Link), allowing this monitor to be used with mobile devices as a larger display and as a charger for mobile devices.

The main downsides of this monitor is its lack of VESA mount support and its 60Hz refresh rate, meaning that this monitor cannot be used with variable stands or monitor arms and that the FreeSync range should be very low.

Right we do not have a retail pricing or any availability information for this monitor, but it is expected to hit retail shelves soon.
