Samsung is adding Nvidia G-Sync to its 2025 OLED TV lineup

Samsung is adding G-Sync Compatibility to its 2025 lineup of OLED TVs

At Computex 2025, Samsung announced that its 2025 OLED TV lineup will be G-Sync Compatible. This means that Samsung’s new OLED TVs can synchronise their refresh rate with Nvidia’s G-Sync compatible graphics cards. This eliminates tearing and reduces stuttering, giving users a better gaming experience.

Like prior Samsung TVs, their 2025 OLED lineup also supports AMD’s FreeSync Premium Pro technology, ensuring strong adaptive Sync support across a broad range of PC GPUs. These new TVs also support Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and refresh rates up to 165Hz. Additionally, these TVs can also access cloud gaming services like GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud.

Another addition to Samsung’s 2025 TV lineup is support for “AI Auto Game Mode” technology, which can automatically optimise picture and sound settings. This “eliminates the need for manual adjustments.” Furthermore, gamers have access to a “Game Bar,” a pop-up interface that gives users quick access to gaming-related settings.

Nvidia G-Sync will arrive first on Samsung’s flagship S95F OLED monitor and then be rolled out to additional 2025 OLED TV models.

This month, Samsung unveiled its 500Hz Odyssey OLED G6 gaming monitor. This is a 1440p screen that support an industry-leading refresh rate of 500Hz.
