Street Fighter 5 system requirements announced

The PC system requirements for the Street Fighter V have just been announced, finally giving us PC gamers a chance to see if your PCs are up to spec for running this upcoming title.

Sadly Capcom have not provided us with any AMD hardware on their minimum and recommended system requirements, so we will sadly have to stick to Intel and Nvidia specifications for now.

Street Fighter V Post-Launch DLC can be Unlocked for Free

As we can see below this game is fairly CPU intensive, requiring the minimum of an Intel core i3 Haswell CPU and recommending a Haswell i5 4690K CPU.

On the GPU side we can see that this game required the minimum of a GTX 480 and recommends the more modern GTX 960.

MINIMUM:
    • OS: Windows 7 64-bit
    • Processor: Intel Core i3-4160 @ 3.60GHz
    • Memory: 6 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480, GTX 570, GTX 670, or better
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Network: Broadband Internet connection
    • Sound Card: DirectX compatible soundcard or onboard chipset

RECOMMENDED:
    • OS: Windows 7 64-bit
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-4690K @3.50GHz
    • Memory: 8 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Network: Broadband Internet connection
    • Sound Card: DirectX compatible soundcard or onboard chipset

Street Fighter V is due to be released in March 2016 and players will be able to unlock all post launch DLC in-game, though I imagine that this will be a long and grindy process.
