Denuvo’s website leaks secret information

Over the weekend Denuvo’s website accidentally leaked a large amount of secret information, including Denuvo presentations, confidential emails and perhaps much more.

Ever since this issue was discovered several members of the “cracking” community have been analysing these files with hopes to discover how the companies Anti-tamper technology works and how to more quickly bypass the technology.

This blunder has occurred just a few weeks after Resident Evil 7 was bypassed, which is widely reported as one of the fastest Denuvo cracks in history.

In these files, confidential customer support emails have already been found, including emails from Capcom, Google and several angry pirates who were frustrated at how difficult Denuvo is to crack.

To say the least, the leaking of these documents is a serious event for Denuvo, as any company that pride itself on its strong security should be above such breaches.

Members of the cracking community are already analysing every piece of data that was available from the breach, which means that we will likely be hearing more about the simplification of this breach in the near future.
