Elegoo Centauri Carbon CoreXY 3D printer launches for £299
Elegoo’s new Centauri Carbon CoreXY 3D printer is now available for pre-order
Two weeks ago, we released our review for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon, the company’s first CoreXY 3D printer. After publication, the most common question we were asked was how much it cost. Sadly, we could not discuss that at the time. We knew the price, but that information was embargoed. Now, that embargo is over. The Elegoo Centauri Carbon will cost £299.99 in the UK.
If you are into 3D printing, you will know this is a crazy low price for an enclosed CoreXY 3D printer. It costs significantly less than all competing models from popular FDM 3D printer manufacturers like Bambu Lab. In fact, this pricing is almost identical to Bambu Labs’ A1 3D printer, an unenclosed bed-slinger style 3D printer.
Elegoo Centauri Carbon Regional Pricing (excluding shipping)
- UK – £299.99
- US – $299.99
- EU – â¬329.99
- Canada – $449.99 (CAD)
With their aggressive pricing, Elegoo aims to become a much larger player within the FDM 3D printing market. At £299.99, the Centauri Carbon has put its competitors to shame. Better still, we can confirm that Elegoo has a multi-material system in the works for is new 3D printer.
