Nitro Concepts releases their new S300 Gaming Chair
Every gamer needs a sturdy throne and those of us that are familiar with office work will know that an ergonomic chair is worth its weight in gold, allowing users to remain comfortable after prolonged use while also ensuring that users sit with good posture, which helps to prevent injuries over time.Â
The main draws of Nitro Concept’s S300 line are obvious, as it offers a lot more adjustability than their existing E200 Race series, which we reviewed around a year ago. This new option ships with more adjustable armrests, a recline function and with two support cushions to support the user’s neck and lower back, options that are extremely useful for those who expect to use their chairs heavily.Â
Nitro Concepts has also decided to move from the PU leather from their E200 series to a high-quality fabric material, which is more breathable and is able to retain its original shape for longer periods of time. Those of us with old office chairs will know what some leather office seating will look like after years of abuse, often deforming or stretching somewhat over time. This new material choice avoids this issue, while also offering an appealing matte aesthetic. Â
 Â
The S300 will ship with seven different colour options, all-black, and a mixture of black and red, yellow, orange, green, blue and white, which will allow this chair to match the colour scheme of most modern PC gaming setups.Â
Colour highlights will appear on the edges of the chair itself, on the Nitro Concept’s logo on the chair’s support cushions and on the chair’s wheelbase. The chair is also designed to be capable of handling users that are up to 120KG in weight, which should be enough to accommodate most users. The hydraulic lift is rated as a safety class 4 lift and the chair meets the BS 5852 fire safety compliance standard (UK versions only).Â
Â
Nitro Concepts will ship this chair with a two-year manufacturers warranty and has set an MSRP of £229.99 for the chair itself. This chair is now available to purchase at Overclockers UK.Â
