Sabrent reveals fast-charging USB Type-C cables with Smart Display tech

With their new Smart Display Fast-Charging USB Type-C cables, Sabrent are allowing their customers to see how fast their devices are charging at a glance. While data transfer speeds are limited to USB 2.0 speeds, charging speeds can be as high as 100W. That’s perfect for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Alongside their USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable option, Sabrent has also created a fast-charging USB Type-C to Lightning cable. This cable also features Sabrent’s Smart Display, but it is limited to 60W charging. All of these new fast-charging cables are available in 1 meter and 2 meter lengths. While having a charging cable with an LED smart display may seem a little unnecessary, it is nice to see Sabrent thinking outside of the box with these cables.
