Vertagear reveals their PL4500 the world’s first wireless LED/RGB Gaming chair
At this time, Vertagear has not revealed much about this new gaming chair, like it pricing, how the wireless LEDs will be powered and how this chair is recharged (given its wireless nature). We can see from promotional images that there are LEDs near the top of the chair and built into the base of the unit. Â
Â
We’re announcing the world’s first wireless LED gaming chair, the Vertagear PL4500, at this year’s Consumer Electronic Show (CES). We’re breaking new ground and giving gamers what they’ve been asking for. The PL4500 LED lights include wireless control; audio syncing; full spectrum RGB lighting; individual channel control; and phone and PC applications for customization. Â
The Vertagear PL4500 is following the usual CES tradition that is “RGB all of the thing”, with this being one of the most unnecessary implementations that we have seen to date. Users will not even be able to look at the lights in their field of view while gaming (as they will be sitting in the chair) and the need to recharge the chair will likely make the PL4500 an annoyance in the long run.Â
