Watch the Nintendo Switch 2 Reveal Here

Nintendo’s about to properly showcase its new Switch 2 console

Nintendo may have unveiled its new Switch 2 console in January, but back then, the company revealed little about the console outside of its external aesthetic. Today, Nintendo is going to properly reveal its new Switch 2 console. Expect to see games, hardware features, specifications, and more.

Nintendo’s Switch 2 Direct event will start at 2 pm GMT. In the US, that translates to 6 am PT and 9 am ET. We expect to see both first-party and 3rd party game reveals during this event. We will likely see Nintendo’s new Mario Kart game in action, as well as a new Super Mario 3D game. It is also probable that we will see enhancements for existing Switch titles.

Rumour has it that today’s event will last around 60 minutes. There have also been reports that a Switch 2 version of Elden Ring is in the works. There have also been claims to a portable version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

During Nintendo’s Switch 2 reveal, we expect to see the full capabilities of Nintendo’s new console. With more memory, a faster CPU, and a much faster GPU, we expect great things from Nintendo’s new handheld. With its Nvidia-powered GPU, this new console may even support Nvidia’s DLSS AI upscaler, which is the first for a console.
