be quiet! reveals its PSU plans at CES 2024 and launches a new 12VHPWR/12V-2×6 90-degree cables

At CES 2024, be quiet has been talking a lot about their power supplies. Throughout this year, be quiet will be upgrading their ATX 3.0 PSU lineup to ATX 3.1. Be quiet are keen to adopt the newest power standards to set up their customers for the future, so we should expect to see new PSUs from them soon. On top of that, be quiet also launched a new 12V-2×6 90-degree cable, which features an angled connector and sleeved cables.

Note that 12V-2×6 power cables and 12VHPWR cables are very similar. 12V-2X6 is the newer standard, but both cables are interchangeable. As such, be quiet are marketing these new 90-degree cables as 12V-2×6 / 12VHPWR.

Like all 12V-2×6 cables, be quiet’s new angled cables are rated at 600W. These cables are suitable for all PSUs and graphics cards with 12V-2×6 / 12VHPWR connectors. These cables have black rubberised cable sleeves for each individual cable, giving these new cables a neat aesthetic. be quiet also stressed that these cables follow the latest specifications to ensure a firm fit for users.
