PEGI has officially revealed Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag’s long-rumoured remake has been rated by PEGI, suggesting that an official reveal is imminent. The game is called Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Note that it has an age rating of 18.
Rumour has it that Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag’s upcoming remake will be unveiled at this year’s The Game Awards. This event is on December 11th, which means the game could be showcased this week. Note that this game is a remake of the original Black Flag, not a remaster. This means that it should contain upgraded visuals, gameplay, and new/different content. Note that this “Resynced” version includes “in-game purchases”.
We expect Black Flag Resynced to be launched on PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Switch 2. Note that these are the same platforms that Assassin’s Creed: Shadows is available.

Black Flag is one of the best games in the Assassin’s Creed series, and one of its most unique adventures. With improved gameplay and visuals, a remake of this classic game is guaranteed to be a success for Ubisoft. Regardless, Ubisoft needs this game to live up to its potential. Assassin’s Creed: Shadows was a success, but Ubisoft needs more than one hit to dig itself out of its financial woes.
