OCCT is now available on Steam
OCCT, our favourite PC stress testing tool, is now available on Steam
OCBASE’s PC stress testing tool, OCCT, is now more accessible than ever. OCCT has just launched on Steam as a free download, allowing PC users to stress test their systems quickly.
Previously, OCCT was only available for download from the OCBASE website. Now, OCCT can be added to your Steam library. This will allow users to easily update to the latest version of OCCT, and enable users to easily install the application on Windows and Linux devices. Even SteamOS is supported by the latest version of OCCT.
2025 has been a big year for OCCT. Earlier this year, the stress testing tool gained Linux support. Now, the tool has become easier than ever to download and use.
Weâre excited to announce that OCCT is now officially available on Steamð¥³

OCCT features stress tests for CPUs, graphics cards, and memory. It can also be used to simulate high power and high thermal loads, making the tool useful for PSU testing and heatsink testing. We frequently use this tool to validate the stability of CPU overclocks. Simply put, OCCT is OC3D’s favourite PC stress testing tool.
What’s next?
The next major update for OCCT is due to arrive this summer. This update should introduce OCCT’s long-awaited SSD Test. This will give PC users on Windows and Linux a new way to test solid state drives, which is great news for PC builders and hardware analysts alike.
