Resident Evil Requiem now has PC demo version
Capcom releases a free demo version of Resident Evil Requiem on all platforms
Three months after launch, Capcom has released a free demo version of Resident Evil Requiem, allowing players to experience part of the game’s early stages. This demo is now available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch 2.
Sadly, progress from this demo version will not carry over to the game’s full version. This means that players of the demo will need to replay sections of the game. Regardless, this free demo is a great option for players who want to try the game. It will also allow PC gamers to judge if their systems are capable of handling the game.
Sadly, it isn’t clear how long this demo is or how much of the demo will be playable as Leon or Grace. That said, the fact that saves do not carry over to the full game implies that the demo doesn’t just let gamers play Requiem’s opening sections. It may skip sections, or feature unique content to better show gamers what the full game’s like.

The demo version allows you to play part of the game’s early stages. Please note that save data from the demo version cannot be transferred to the full version of the game.
