At the lowest possible RPM speed we wouldn’t expect any AIO to keep the temperatures very frosty, but it’s nice to know that in this worst case scenario (overclocked i9-9900K) things remain below 90°C. This means any modern CPU you use with all their efficiency tricks will be kept cool and your fans will be ultra quiet.
