Fractal Design Celsius S24 & S36 AIO Review

Fractal Design Celsius S24 & S36 AIO Review

S36

As you might imagine, the S36 shares most of its attributes with the S24, with the exception that it is a 360mm rad.  Yup, Ladies, as far as I can remember, we’ve never reviewed a 360mm AIO.  If this is the case, then this is a pretty momentous moment.  How will it perform, will it kick the 280s off the top spots, or is it a little lacking?  Well, if Fractal think their recipe is good with the S24 they’ve kept with it in the S36, as it shares the same 13 water channel and 20 FPI configuration as its smaller stable mate.

Where the S24 has two fan attachment points, the S36 has three.  Just a shame the lead on the furthest away fan isn’t long enough to reach it!

It’s a bit of a beast isn’t it.  We’re really excited to see how well it does.

The 400mm tubing should see the S36 able to reach back from the front of case position in which it will most likely see itself mounted.  But how many cases can take a 360mm rad?

We couldn’t end this review without a group shot of the S24 and S36 together.  Between them they off quite a considerable cooling capability.
