AMD AGESA update 1.0.0.6 - Do BIOS updates matter?

For our look at gaming performance, we will be testing three CPU intensive games at a resolution of 1080p with each game at their highest built-in graphical preset.   

With ASUS’ latest BIOS update we can see that performance changes across both Total War Warhammer and Deux Ex: Mankind Divided are minor, with the Gears of War 4 showing a noteworthy change in system performance.

it is clear looking at these results that there are performance gains to be had here, but the gains will be very small and will not be present in all titles.
