This is starting to become a trend. If there is a benefit to be found it’s usually in the older CPU’s because of the 100MHz faster overclock. However, the improved memory coupled to the same overclock of the 1800X gives it a bump ahead of the original test. In single thread performance though the newer BIOS definitely has the edge, albeit by a tiny sliver.
