AMD Threadripper 2950X and 2990WX Review
Geekbench and Realbench
Another odd set of results, where the two core heavy Threadrippers don’t put out the kind of numbers that we would expect. In Geekbench the 2950X comfortably bests the 2990WX. In Realbench neither score heavily either, replicating the encoding results we’ve seen on the previous pages, whilst the heavy multitasking test doesn’t seem to benefit from the extra cores either.
