VRM Cooling

Cooling of the power phases is undoubtedly the hot button topic of the moment. Whenever anyone talks to us about the latest high end motherboards they either begin with, or the conversation quickly turns to, VRM temperatures and the taming of same. With an 11 power phase design integrated with the Dr MOS technology a lot of attention has been placed on the power delivery by ASRock, and this is enhanced by connecting the two heatsinks with a heatpipe. This is something we’ve seen on a few other motherboards and it has always been successful, so we eagerly await seeing how the Taichi performs.
