Naturally when you have this many cores available and running as hard and fast as we’ve got them here, the VRMs will take a battering. Thus we always want to see how good the cooling abilities of the heat sink design are. The Prime 30 is decent, keeping everything below 80°C, even though it needed a bit more power to reach its overclocking potential.
