Cooling isn’t just something that is important to the extreme overclockers or people who live on the equator, as more and more hardware comes with automatic boost features that take advantage of any thermal headroom it is important to everyone and the cornerstone of a high performance setup. So many of us utilise AIO water-cooling for our CPUs that we’re always pleased to see dedicated water pump headers, but the one on the Crosshair VI Extreme has enough amperage to power really beefy pumps on custom water loops. We really like the ability to group radiator fans together and adjust them as one. With some careful placement and remembering which fan is in which place, you only need to put them together once and after that you can just tune the entire radiator with no fuss at all. Excellent stuff.
