ASUS own benchmark suite, Realbench, forces every available core to work to its utmost potential and in the case of the Gene that isn’t much. Again we have to stress that there isn’t much between any of them, but at this point it’s clear the Gene isn’t going to set the world afire at stock and needs overclocking to make the most of the platform.
