Box art is always an area that gives clues to your personality. Some people want art at the expense of anything else. We like the more utilitarian look of the TUF Pro. Clear product imagery allied to clear feature outlines. Just as it should be.
Normally with a white hardware based machine you have it in a white case. This makes the colour choice for the WiFi antenna exactly right. We don’t want to endure mismatches after all.
The Z890 TUF Pro in overview. Like a lot of ASUS white PCBs the heatsinks are all actually silver. For us, it’s always disappointing. Your mileage may vary. At least it’s bright silver rather than battleship grey.
If you want to shout out your brand loyalty even louder, in the box is a clip on ID. This fits in the grooves of either the M.2 or VRM heatsink. Or can stay in the box. Your choice.
