The Z97A takes the Arithmetic result in Sandra by a little, although the Dhrystone test clearly favours the cheapest board of the three. Even that lead doesn’t get close to the monster difference the Maximus VII Hero has in the MultiMedia Floating Point benchmark, where it doubles the next best motherboard. Almost unbelievable stuff here.
