The performance of the entire Z97 range is excellent, and the Maximus VII ones particularly so, hence it’s not surprising to find the Gene buried in the heart of the graph. We still struggle to comprehend how high the 3D Mark scores of current technology is when compared to the first few results we saw when it was released all those years ago.
