We wondered when we saw the beefy nature of the Z690 VRM heatsinks and the huge Ampage if the temperatures would skyrocket, but thankfully they are under control regardless of your motherboard choice. Even though the Carbon is the warmest here it’s still not into the bracket of “hot”.
