AMD RX470 – ASUS Strix and Sapphire Nitro Review

There is still nearly a thousand points between the Sapphire and the ASUS. Considering that it’s matching a GTX 780 Ti we thing that has to count as a feather in the cap of the RX 470.

300 Points difference in Firestrike Ultra is MASSIVE, as we have already said about power targets and temps we decided to manually adjust the Asus to see if it really made any difference, quite clearly it did. It just confirms the fact that the Strix is being massively held back and considering thats the only change we made to their “OC Mode” it really Frustrates us this hasnt been thought about. Im mean why would you want to consciously make your card perform so much worse?
