We always have a sneaking suspicion that the reference nVidia cards are speed-binned, and a glance down the table at any other Ti card we’ve reviewed seem to confirm that. So accepting the default card is a particularly good one and only concentrating on the retail models, the Matrix is second only to the Gainward in P score, but the best in the Extreme preset which is where you’d be gaming.
