You would expect a card that is pumping out the enormous results we’ve seen throughout the review today to be a toasty one. Even a good cooler as we’ve seen on so many GTX 1080 Ti’s always gets big temperatures because the GPU Boost technology pushes it as hard as the thermal headroom will allow. The Lightning is certainly pushed hard, but runs as cool as the performance runs hot. Exceptional stuff.
