Overclocking

We’re going a little more in depth in our overclocking method on the next page, but for now you can see the excellent Afterburner which monitors all of the important voltages and temperatures as well as giving you extremely fine control over how hard you’re pushing both the memory and core clocks. Despite coming out of the factory with a meaty overclock in place the combination of outstanding power phases and superb cooling mean that the Lightning has plenty of headroom to push it higher. The results, as you’ll see on our benchmark pages, totally reflect the hugely impressive overclocking capabilities.
