Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti with Zotac, MSI and ASUS Review
MSI RTX 5060 Ti Gaming
MSI RTX 5060 Ti Gaming
It’s crazy how small the RTX 5060 Ti box is on the MSI Gaming version. The benefits of a twin fan design. We can also see where the RGB is. Perhaps a card best suited for vertical mounting?
Looking at it in the flesh you can see that the RGB is in a translucent area at the ‘front’. An odd decision as most people stick with horizontal mounting of their GPU. Lighting up the bottom of your case isn’t really that exciting. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to investigate vertical mounting, now seems a good time.
That doesn’t mean that regular mounting leaves you free from exciting things to look at. The MSI Dragon sits in the airflow cutout. With a chromatic effect you get different colours from every angle. It’s pretty.
Should you love to show passers by which card you have, the MSI RTX 5060 Ti has you covered. Heck people passing by your house can see it, such is the size of the lettering.
Unlike the Zotac card the MSI uses the 12VHPWR connector. We still say that if you’re careful there is no reason why it’s not as robust as the PCIe power connector. Just make sure everything is pushed in properly.
Lastly around the back we have the same three outputs that appear on almost every graphics card. One HDMI and three DisplayPorts. We love being able to glimpse the heat pipes too. Chunky.
