The drivers on modern graphics cards are more willing to cap their performance when you hit thermal limits. This means that, by and large, most cards top out around the 80 degree mark. Power draw is far more important and the RX 9070 GRE is nice and frugal. The Pulse cooler does an incredible job. All the thermal headroom you could wish for.
