Graphical Comparisons – Low, Medium, High and Ultra Detail settings – part 3
Endor is probably where the difference between the graphical settings of this game will be most apparent, where higher resolution vegetation and draw distances for the plant-life is very visible during gameplay. When running around Endor in 3rd person you can actually see the lines where the textures begin to change with distance, which is very detracting ot texture freaks like me, especially when there is a fight going on.
In this particular location inside the Hoth base, you can see what one of the disadvantages of using the low presets has on your experience.
Here without a lot of the games large shadows the contrast is very jarring between the white show and your dark gun and other objects. This gave me a headache after a small portion of gameplay, forcing me to set the game higher to elevate this issue. During my time playing the game this has only happens inside the Hoth base, but it is still an annoying issue nonetheless.
