Zotac RTX 4080 Super Trinity White Edition Review

Introduction

The endless amount of new products in the Nvidia range can make it difficult to decide which is right for you. Between regular cards, Ti cards, and now Super models, it’s a bewildering array. Assuming, however, that what you want is just about the best you can get, able to run anything you throw at it, but the RTX 4090 is just out of reach, may we suggest the RTX 4080 Super?

When we looked at a roundup of this latest addition to the Nvidia armoury, it was clear that this was very nearly a RTX 4090, just nowhere near as expensive. We also enjoyed a return to form for Zotac. They are a company that have been around for many years but don’t always get the attention they deserve. The first RTX 4080 Super card of theirs we reviewed was a standard black coloured version. Naturally when we knew they were making a white one, our ears pricked up. And when we say our ears, we of course mean the bossman.

A fantastic performing card that’s also available in white and doesn’t come with a bigger brand price-tax? Where do we sign up? Here? Okay then. Let’s crack on and show you how truly capable this card is, and why even the most power hungry user might do well to consider it instead of a RTX 4090.
