be quiet! is entering the mouse/keyboard market!

A closer look at the be quiet! Dark Mount

Meet the be quiet Dark Mount keyboard

The most customisable of be quiet’s keyboard offerings is the Dark Mount, which gives users eight customisable display buttons, a movable number pad, and a dedicated media dock that can be moved to the left or right of the main keyboard.

Below we can see the number pad and display keys on the right-hand side of the keyboard. This keypad can be removed ot moved to the other side of the keyboard. Note that this keyboard has a brushel aluminium shell.

Below we can see the number pad after it has been moved to the left of the keyboard. This is a very useful layout for those who need to input a lot of numbers frequently. Have your right hand on your mouse, and your left hand over the number pad. Nice and comfortable.

The eight dedicated display keys feature a screen resolution of 140×140, allowing users to label their keys and assign them to custom macros or to open specific programs. Note that users can utilise JPG files, PNG files and other common image formats on these keys.

The media dock on the Dark Mount can also be moved from one side of the keyboard to the other. It features a built-in LCD screen that can control the keyboard’s lighting without in-PC software. This media dock also features a host of audio controls and media keys.
